mysimshots.net provides a service that allows flight simulator enthusiasts to share screenshots from their favorite flight simulator application and showcase them for other users to view, add to albums and vote/comment.
III.Uploading content
mysimshots.net gives the opportunity to users to upload screenshots taken from flight simulator applications referred to in this agreement as “images”.
The images are screened upon submission by an administrator to ensure they are appropriate for appearing on our website and they are meeting the standards of the website. We reserve the right to deny any image from appearing on our website for any reason, if we feel the image is not meeting the standards, or to edit the information in the image.
You are only allowed to upload images which are screenshots taken by you in any flight simulator application. You are not allowed to upload the works of others, including but not limited to images modified by you after others screenshots. You agree that you are solely responsible for the images uploaded and you own all proprietary rights over the image
The content you submit has to be in JPEG format, no larger than 700 kb and largest dimension of the images needs to be fewer than 1600 pixels.
You agree that for serious copyright issues you may face legal consequences and it will lead to termination of this agreement and user account. Please do not upload any work you do not own!
By submitting content on this website you authorize mysimshots.net to use, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display (including in each case by means of a digital audio and video transmission), and advertise around the content on this website. You authorize mysimshots.net to make the content available virally, like providing links to the images or embed codes for the images to be included in other websites.
The content is uploaded to be showcased on the website and in the albums created on the website. This website is not intended to be a storage place for your images or backup location.
We do not offer a backup service for the content you host on this website. You are solely responsible to back up your content.
IV. Termination
Both parties can terminate your membership account for any reason. You acknowledge that because of copyright infringement or other kinds of serious - or even malicious - acts, you may face legal consequences.
